2025 SASFF Conference and AGM – Exhibitor / Sponsorship Packages

The SASFF Non-profit Company’s Board is offering the following exhibitor / sponsorship packages to companies / organisations for the Forum’s conference to be held on 4th-5th September 2025 at ICC East London, East London, Eastern Cape.

The previous Conference and AGM that was held on 5-6 September 2024 in Kempton Park, was attended by 140 delegates from 20 Universities and 9 TVET Colleges, and 15 Associate Members from various companies in the student funding and collections industry.

The SA Student Finance Forum (formerly SAAF) was formed in 2002 in Johannesburg, South Africa with the objective to define and formulate best practice for student finance administration at educational institutions. The constitution was adopted at the first Annual General Meeting in 2003.

Goals

• To collectively address common challenges and find common solutions within a network of colleagues from the student accounts and debtors’ administration function within the higher and further education sector in Southern Africa, in conjunction with the private sector’s study funding providers, credit control service providers and collection agencies
• To furthermore define general best practice for student accounts and debtors’ administration that will keep up to date with current and future developments in this function

We have 3 conference packages on offer for each exhibitor/sponsor:

Gold package exhibitor – R17 800.00  – Main sponsors – only two available (one sponsors the conference and the other gala dinner )
Includes:

• Registration fee for THREE representatives (additional representatives welcome to register at standard registration fee)
• Recognition in the conference program as main sponsor with inclusion of any company logo’s
• Exhibitor’s stand in prime position
• Presentation opportunity for 20 minutes
• Marketing material (promotional item/s and/or pamphlet) distribution with conference pack or during conference
• Small promotional corporate gift per delegate to be included in the delegate conference gift pack
• Sponsoring lucky draw for an electronic device – draw to take place during closing of conference

Silver package exhibitor – R13 800.00   
Includes:

• Registration fee for TWO representatives (additional representatives welcome to register at standard registration fee)
• Exhibitor’s stand
• Presentation opportunity for 10 minutes
• Marketing material (promotional item/s and/or pamphlet) distribution during conference
• Sponsoring lucky draw for any “fun” prize – draw to take place during dinner function

Bronze package exhibitor – R11 500.00  
Includes:

• Registration fee for TWO representatives (additional representatives welcome to register at standard registration fee)
• Exhibitor’s stand
• Marketing material (promotional item/s and/or pamphlet) distribution during conference
