 PLEASE NOTE:  By submitting this registration you hereby confirm that you wish to register for the 2025 SASFF Conference under the following conditions:

  • Registration is for the full conference, to be held on 4-5 September 2025.
  • The personal details supplied in the registration form are the correct details of the delegate who will be attending the conference. If another person is to attend as a substitute, SASFF must be informed in writing by e-mail at least five working days before the conference.
  • Billing of fees: Please note that delegates will not be allowed to attend the conference if a PO or Proof of Payment is not received before the time.
  • My institution/organisation/department will transfer the applicable conference fee into the bank details detailed on the invoice  before 31 July 2025 (for Early Bird registrations) OR 22 August 2025 (for Regular Registration)
  • If this registration is cancelled in writing or by e-mail, within less than five working days of the conference date, the delegate will be liable for 50% of the invoiced amount.  Telephonic cancellations are not acceptable.
  • Please note that if a registered delegate does not attend the conference without written notice of cancellation of this preregistration as specified above, they will be liable for the full registration fee.
  • The conference fee includes tea and coffee, lunches, and the dinner function on Thursday evening. Transport to the venue and any overnight accommodation are for the delegate’s account.
  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Your presence implies permission for the event organisers to use your image and/or likeness in promotional materials, social media and other publications unless otherwise indicated.
